Ah my Iron Shogun completed. he might take some time to explain so sit back, grab a sandwich and enjoy the show!
He was a mach 2 Iron Man figure to start. He has Feilongs Upper legs added then raised in size with sculpt to make it better fit and make him taller. The feet have been swapped out with ML 8 Ironmans. The lower body armor has been made ffrom a Ronin Warriors armor with Amidamarus shoulder armor. The upper body has a chest piece supplied by a Mystic Force Power Ranger. The hands and inner shoulder aromr came via a SD Gundam. The helmet came from a Ronin Warrior with its face removed. I made optional white hai to give it a cool effect.
Weapons: The halbard is part Sigma 6 missile and a dollar store star warriors sword and rip claws armband. Both swords are from a Ronin with a scabbard made from straws and Psylocks Waist wrap. As a final touch I made a flag with the Japanese kanji for Iron Man on his back out of cloth and Gundam piece holders.
